weseeliglogoPlaying thePROJECT:2 In The Flesh will be a band fresh from playing Rockness festival the weekend before, We See Lights.

When asked to describe what type of music they play the six answers given by We See lights are varied, “Christian Rap, Happy Hardcore, Americana, Black Metal, A’cappella, Chinese traditional”. We See Lights seem to have a wide range of influences! We See Lights are from Bo’ness, Airth, Corstorphine and Milngavie. They have spiritual homes in Leith and The Depot, Granton, all connected by the Forth River. We See Lights are a collection of four songwriters, one bagpiper, one producer and one harmoniser.

Last summer they played the Wychwood Festival, the Isle of Wight Festival and T in the Park, spent that autumn recording their first independent album, the lead single Parachute became single of the month on BCC Scotland’s Janice Forsyth radio show. This year the band have been out and about playing various gigs including, Canadian Music Week, concerts in glasgow and edinburgh, Go North festival and Rockness.

The We See Lights performance promises to be something not to miss.
